Entropy
Entropy, the chaos theory, randomness, chance, the butterfly effect - all these define us, and our lives.
We defy it, every day.
We're simply the product of an undefinable amount of rearrangements.
Personality, thought, character - all just chemistry. You shouldn't kid yourself you're anything other than the randomly brought together particles of a small portion of a giant system.
Human life is testament to it, and so, even more definitively, is death.
Death is scary, but we don't need god or a creator to explain it. We are synthesised, we remain a closed system, we are released to our base elements. Eventually, all bonds break. This is the way the universe works.
We just have to make the most of the little order we've been given,
our place in the chaos of the endless universe.
Humbling and liberating at the same time, we have an endless freedom in a tiny space to act as we wish.
Randomness is life.
Life is order.
Order is unusual.
